Graphics Update 17/12/24

Added Terrain Map 

The map now has terrain as well as lighting! The map has much more detail now and looks much better, especially when conquering new countries. 

New States Map 

The provinces/states have now been reduced by a massive amount. This will improve performance later on for updates to the AI. This might seem annoying now but will be invaluable for mobile players! 

New Unit Icons 

All units in the game have been reskinned - this will probably be replaced later down the line but the older ones didn't suit the new map.

Tooltips

When you play the game for the first time, some simple indicators will appear telling you which buttons do which. I know many people were confused after the UI update so this will help and can be expanded upon very easily. 

Menu Overhaul 

The initial menu has been revamped to its old style with the stars and explosions, this time improving performance. This makes the menu look much nicer without sacrificing performance like before! 

Music 

Music has been added! It took a while to find some that matched the game (I'm no musician myself). This can be muted using the bar on the main menu, but adds to the game after a while. (this is why downloads might appear slightly larger!) 

New Fonts 

The default font is gone!
